Paradise Cove is not a campground, but a private, seasonal, waterfront park. We offer large lots with water frontage for the entire season (from May 1st through Oct 1st annually). All sites are larger than your average campsite at 40' to 50' wide. Park your recreation vehicle with us for the season or ask us about available property for purchase. All properties feature water frontage right on the cove.

Paradise Cove is located in Verona Beach just outside of Sylvan Beach, New York. We're close enough to everything so you can enjoy all that the beach has to offer, but far enough off the beaten path so you can enjoy the quiet, laidback atmosphere that this park offers.

From Syracuse & The NYS Thruway: Take I90, Exit 34, Then North onto Route 13. As you travel into Sylvan Beach, take a right onto Oneida Street (at The Spaghetti Factory), this will turn into Cove Road. Follow Cove Road over two small bridges and just look for our sign on the left hand side!

From Utica/Rome: Take Route 49 West. This will turn into Route 365. Take right onto Route 31 West (aprox 22 miles from Utica). Take a right at Route 13 North. As you travel into Sylvan Beach, take a right onto Oneida Street (at The Spaghetti Factory), this will turn into Cove Road. Follow Cove Road over two small bridges and just look for our sign on the left hand side!
